Technical Support & After-Sales Representative for Agricultural Machinery (Massey Ferguson)

This role combines technical knowledge, collaboration management, and customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to authorized sales points and partners, aiming at evaluating and monitoring processes.
  • Supervise and develop the after-sales partner network and authorized workshops.
  • Assess potential new partnerships with official repairers.
  • Communicate with the factory to resolve technical issues.
  • Manage warranties, recalls, and technical manuals.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical/electrical faults.
  • Organize and deliver technical training for the official network partners.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide customer service.

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree from a Technical Education Institute (T.E.I.) or vocational training (I.E.K.) in a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Mechanics.
  • Excellent communication skills, customer-oriented approach, and dynamic personality.
  • Good command of English and computer skills (MS Office).
  • Fulfilled military obligations (for male candidates).
  • Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Electronic Parts Catalogs (EPC), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is desirable.

  • Initiative and decision-making skills are necessary to ensure positive outcomes.
  • Expertise in handling complaints and customer service.
