Technical Support Engineer & Customer Support – VOLVO Trucks & Buses

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  •  Provide technical support, create reports, and communicate with the Workshops' Technical Responsible
  •  Organization and presentation of technical training to the network
  •  Create reports in the manufacturer system and communicate with the relevant technical team
  •  Communication and services optimization towards Customers and Partners
  •  Support network and manage complaints

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, considered a plus
  • Knowledge of modern Machinery or Vehicles operation
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language (written & oral) - technical terms will be considered as an asset
  • Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in technical support and complaints handling
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to search and solve complex issues independently
  • Positive attitude, initiative ·    
  • An analytical mind, commercial thinking, and an innovative approach
  • Fullfilled military obligations (for male candidates)
