Technical Support Engineer & Customer Support – VOLVO Trucks & Buses
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support, create reports, and communicate with the Workshops' Technical Responsible
- Organization and presentation of technical training to the network
- Create reports in the manufacturer system and communicate with the relevant technical team
- Communication and services optimization towards Customers and Partners
- Support network and manage complaints
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Master's degree in a relevant field, considered a plus
- Knowledge of modern Machinery or Vehicles operation
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (written & oral) - technical terms will be considered as an asset
- Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in technical support and complaints handling
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to search and solve complex issues independently
- Positive attitude, initiative ·
- An analytical mind, commercial thinking, and an innovative approach
- Fullfilled military obligations (for male candidates)
