Payroll Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operation of the digital timecard system by monitoring check-in/out records and identifying discrepancies
- Submit employment-related declarations through the ERGANI II platform (e.g., new hires, work schedules, overtime, leaves, and general employment changes)
- Manage employee onboarding in the internal HRMS, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employment records
- Monitor and process employment contract changes (e.g., new hires, renewals, modifications)
- Collaborate closely with the payroll department to ensure consistency between declared and recorded data
- Maintain detailed records of all submissions and ensure compliance with labor legislation deadlines
Required Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in time-tracking or digital timecard management
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with SCAN HRMS is a plus
- Good understanding of Greek labor legislation
- Solid knowledge and practical experience with the ERGANI II platform
