Full Stack Developer - Backend (.NET, SQL)

Position Overview:

As a Full Stack Developer with a specialization in backend technologies, you will play a pivotal role in the development and maintenance of our core systems. You will be responsible for building, optimizing, and integrating. NET-based backend services, SQL databases, and solutions tailored to our Microsoft Dynamics Financial Operations ERP platform. Your ability to communicate effectively with external teams and stakeholders will be crucial to the success of this role.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain. NET-based backend services that power our business operations, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
• Database Management: Manage SQL databases, optimize queries, and ensure data integrity and availability for the ERP and related applications.
• Microsoft Dynamics ERP Integration: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to design, develop, and implement solutions that seamlessly integrate with Microsoft Dynamics Financial Operations ERP.
• Microservices Architecture: Develop and implement microservices architecture principles and best practices to enhance the agility and modularity of our systems.
• Security and Compliance: Implement security measures, authentication, and authorization protocols to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in the backend systems to ensure optimal user experiences.
• Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, including ERP consultants, business analysts, and external partners, to gather requirements, provide updates, and troubleshoot issues.
• Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of code, APIs, and integration processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and future development.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to propose and implement innovative solutions that drive efficiency and competitiveness.

The ideal candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in .NET development and backend services.
• Strong proficiency in SQL database design, optimization, and administration.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Financial Operations ERP or similar ERP systems is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and RESTful API development.
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Automotive industry experience is a plus.
