About the Role

As a Workshop Supervisor, will manage change (people, processes, and improvement work). This is to improve the customer's experience, and efficiency and minimize the costs of the Marine Workshop.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Workshop organization, customer retention, and expansion of existing database
• The workshop works detailed daily planning with technicians
• Constant communication with customers, handling of technical problems and warranties.
• Use of manufacturer’s systems. 
• Focus and achievement of workshop targets set by Management
• Customer support and complaints management.

What do you offer:

• ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ/ΙΕΚ degree holder in Mechanical Engineering
• Knowledge of modern technologies of Machines or Vehicles
• Very Good English - technical terms understanding written & oral
• Knowledge PC (MS Office).
• Outstanding communication/relation skills.
• Strong organizational skills, with an ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
