We are looking for a Junior Warranties Administration & Technical Support - Construction Machinery (VOLVO).

#YourRole in more detail:

✅Handling warranties and guide problem troubleshooting

✅Warranties data entry and follow-up at the manufacturer’s systems

✅Provide technical support, create reports, and communicate with the  Workshops' Technical Responsible

✅Communication and service optimization towards Customers and Partners

✅Support customers and manage complaints

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠

✅Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

✅Master's degree in a relevant field, will be considered a plus

✅Knowledge of modern Machinery or vehicle operation

✅Excellent knowledge of Ethe nglish language (written & oral) - understanding of technical terms will be considered as an asset

✅Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

✅Experience in customer support and complaints handling

✅Strong technical aptitude and ability to search and solve complex issues independently

✅Positive attitude, initiative ·    

✅Analytical mind, commercial thinking, and innovative approach

✅Fulfilled military obligations (for male candidates)
