Junior Technical Advisor Engineer & Customer Support – VOLVO Trucks & Buses

- Provide technical support, create reports and communication with the Workshops' Technical Responsible
- Organization and presentation of technical trainings to network
- Create reports in the manufacturer system and communication with the relative technical team
- Communication and services optimization towards Customers and Partners
- Support network and manage complaints
What will you bring
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Master's degree in relevant field, considered as a plus
- Knowledge of modern Machinery or Vehicles operation
- 0-2 years experience in technical support and complaints handling
- Excellent knowledge of English language (written & oral) - technical terms understanding will be considered as an asset
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to search and solve complex issues independently
- Positive attitude, initiative
- Analytical mind, commercial thinking, and innovative approach
- Fullfilled military obligations (for male candidates)
