Let’s begin with the Role:

Our HR department needs a passionate communications person to create unique experiences across online platforms and physical locations that engage and connect our employees.

We are looking for a self-driven professional, interested to take on responsibilities and new challenges, a team player with high energy levels.

This position is ideal for a creative enthusiast who can bring fresh ideas and a can-do attitude to the table, with high attention to detail, ability to innovate and work creatively with a solutions-focused mindset.



You’ll bring your whole self to work. And we’ll shape your role together. A set of things you will be definitely doing:

·         Support and coordinate company’s employee events - digital & physical.

·         Co-develop content for our internal channels (Intranet, email) and assets (video, graphics, branding) to deliver engaging employee communications and campaigns.

·         Work closely with third parties, corporate communications team, marketing and other functions for the communication and implementation of projects and campaigns.

·         Administer marketing communications including branding, advertising BTL and ATL, editorials, advertorials, etc.

·         Help update and maintain the company’s career site and social media.

·         Assist in any ad-hoc HR Department administration duties, projects and activities when required and manage internal & external customers timely and professionally.

·         Advertise job openings on company’s careers pages, social media, job boards and internally.

·         Assist in creation and management of presentations and employer branding material.

·         Contribute to other projects related to employer branding and candidate experience.

·         Help organize and manage new employee orientation and on-boarding programs.

·         Build internal Online Training Platform and manage the Employee experience related to Training Programs.

·         Assist in internal communication and CSR projects.


Qualifications and skills:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or other related field.

·         Master’s degree in HR will be considered as a strong plus.

·         At least two (2) years’-experience in event planning, employee experience, employer branding and/or communications.

·         Social Media Expertise.

·         Strong digital mindset to get the very best out of various channels & platforms.

·         Interested in learning new technological tools and systems when needed.

·         Robust time management skills and ability to prioritize work

·         Excellent knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint)

·         Inherent interpersonal and communication skills, ethical principles, and cultural awareness.

·         Fluent in English (written - spoken) and native in Greek.

·         Outstanding communication, consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text) and presentation skills.

·         Self-motivation and resourceful, problem-solving aptitude.

·         Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.

·         Military obligations fulfilled (for male applicants).
