PARTS MANAGER 

#About the role

We are seeking a driven and strategic Parts Manager to lead the Parts Department for our Trucks and Buses Division. This role is critical to the continued growth and profitability of our business. The ideal candidate will focus on maximizing parts sales and gross profit margin, expanding our dealer network, and aligning inventory and pricing strategies with our commercial goals.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop the Parts business for Volvo and Renault Trucks/Buses across all channels.
  • Define and implement a strategy to maximize our business plan.
  • Analyze parts performance and market trends to optimize product offering and pricing.
  • Collaborate with the dealer network nationwide to support their growth and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and suppliers.
  • Lead pricing analysis and negotiation activities to ensure competitive positioning and profitability.
  • Oversee parts stock planning and supply chain coordination to ensure availability and reduce obsolescence.
  • Identify and drive network development opportunities to expand parts sales coverage and service reach.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the internal parts team and external dealer partners.
  • Prepare and monitor performance KPIs and reporting tools for data-driven decision making.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, manufacturer guidelines, and operational standards.

The ideal candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar role is desirable.
  • Solid experience in parts management, preferably within the commercial vehicle or automotive sector.
  • Proven ability in negotiation, pricing analysis, and parts performance analysis.
  • Strong strategic planning mindset with a track record of implementing growth initiatives.
  • Knowledge of the truck/bus market and parts supply chain in Greece is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with internal teams and external partners.
  • Familiarity with ERP and inventory management systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
  • Fluent in Greek and proficient in English.
