 Sales & Network Development Manager for the 2-wheelers & ATVs division at Saracakis Brothers SA

#About the role in detail

✅Lead, coach, and develop a team of Area Sales Representatives and the Athens Retail Sales Supervisor

✅Drive sustainable growth and achieve ambitious sales and profitability targets across assigned brands

✅Develop and execute high-impact sales strategies aligned with business objectives

✅Oversee the expansion and continuous improvement of a high-performing dealer network, ensuring both quantitative growth and qualitative excellence

✅Maintain deep market intelligence, including product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape analysis

✅Build and strengthen strategic B2B partnerships (RAC, fleet, key accounts)

✅Collaborate closely with Marketing, Technical, and Parts departments to ensure aligned and integrated commercial execution

✅Deliver accurate sales forecasts and present performance, revenue, and expense reports to senior management

✅Close and proactive monitoring of product inventory

 

What will you bring to our team 

✅BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field

✅Successful previous experience in a relevant sector

✅Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences

✅Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

✅Strong business acumen and industry expertise

✅Excellent knowledge of the English language (both oral and written)

✅Excellent computer knowledge and MS Office

✅Motorcycle driver's license will be a plus

✅Availability for frequent business travels

✅Customer-centric mindset

✅Dynamic personality with communication and negotiation skills

✅Ability to build trusting relationships

✅Ability to solve problems and focus on results
