Responsibilities
- Organize the entire tender lifecycle from RFP phase up to proposal preparation and submission until contract award
- Review and analyze tender requirements
- Coordinate and collect input from other departments within the company
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with external partners
- Prepare administrative tender documentation
- Contribute to technical proposal drafting
- Organize and manage company’s documentation archive
- Prepare fit-to-purpose presentations
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
- University Degree in Engineering, a Master’s degree will be an asset
- Professional experience of minimum 3 years in tenders’ preparation in consulting environment
- Strong knowledge and experience of public procurement law (N.4412) and public procurement platform ESHDHS
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent command of Greek and English language (written & oral).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong organization skills and time management skills withing a deadline-driven environment
- Strong presentation skills and experience in delivering compelling presentations to clients
