Tenders Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Organize the entire tender lifecycle from RFP phase up to proposal preparation and submission until contract award
  • Review and analyze tender requirements
  • Coordinate and collect input from other departments within the company
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with external partners
  • Prepare administrative tender documentation
  • Contribute to technical proposal drafting
  • Organize and manage company’s documentation archive
  • Prepare fit-to-purpose presentations

 

Qualifications & Experience

Required:

  • University Degree in Engineering, a Master’s degree will be an asset
  • Professional experience of minimum 3 years in tenders’ preparation in consulting environment
  • Strong knowledge and experience of public procurement law (N.4412) and public procurement platform ESHDHS
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent command of Greek and English language (written & oral).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong organization skills and time management skills withing a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong presentation skills and experience in delivering compelling presentations to clients
