Job Opening: Junior Architect

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Junior Architect to join our dynamic team in Thessaloniki - GREECE. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to grow their career in the architecture field.

POSITION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the design and development of architectural projects
• Create detailed drawings and 3D models
• Collaborate with Senior Architects and Project Managers
• Participate in client meetings and presentations
• Contribute to the development of innovative design solutions
• Ensures that the design review submittals and project’s requirements, are following the deadlines by the contract/client
• Monitoring compliance against the approval requirements, including regulatory authorities and Project Specifications.
• Liaising with Project’s design sub-consultants, Client’s Architect, Contractor’s Architects, and construction Site Team about the feasibility of potential projects.
• Prepares engineering reports, weekly / Monthly Reports, cost estimates and Claims evaluation and assessment.
• Playing a part in project and PMC team smooth operation.
• Based to sites, proposed locations and attend client/ contractor meetings

QUALIFICATIONS:

• BSc in Architecture, from a reputable University.
• Minimum of 2 years’ post Bsc qualification experience, with primary responsibility in Architecture
• Expert User in design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, etc.
• Familiarize in BIM "environment"
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in Greek and English language (Excellent), both written and spoken
• Experienced user of MS Office.
