Architect Engineer

Our services span project and construction management, infrastructure planning and design, technical consultancy and digital solutions, working with public authorities, international institutions and private clients across all phases of project delivery.

We are seeking an Architect Engineer to join our multidisciplinary consulting team, contributing to the design and development of building and infrastructure projects, with a focus on concept and preliminary design stages.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop concept and preliminary design drawings for architectural and infrastructure projects.
• Draft technical descriptions and specifications documents (technical reports, scopes, and tender documents).
• Participate in the design development process, ensuring alignment with project requirements and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (civil, MEP, project management) to ensure design integration.
• Monitor and support the contractual and technical follow-up of projects under implementation.
• Contribute to design presentations and technical documentation.
• (Desirable) Produce photorealistic visualizations and renderings to support design communication and client presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in architectural design and studies.
• Proven experience in preliminary design, technical descriptions, and specifications writing.
• Strong understanding of design standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Suite or similar).
• Experience in 3D modeling and rendering tools (e.g. Lumion, 3ds Max, V-Ray) will be considered an asset.
• Excellent command of both Greek and English (written and spoken).
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
