We are seeking an experienced Railway Infrastructure Maintenance Manager to oversee and optimize the railway maintenance operations. You will ensure safety, efficiency, and quality across our network while leading a high-performing team in a dynamic, international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, manage, and continuously improve the railway maintenance plans and processes.
  • Ensure maintenance performance targets (KPIs) related to efficiency, safety, and quality are consistently achieved.
  • Plan and allocate resources for network maintenance measures.
  • Lead, inspire, and develop high-performing maintenance teams.
  • Support the implementation of new railway maintenance and asset management tools and software.
  • Ensure compliance with European directives, standards, and specifications for railway maintenance.
  • Collaborate with national and international stakeholders, promoting smooth communication and project execution.

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in railway infrastructure maintenance or similar complex roles.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in similar position and/or international projects.
  • Fluent in both Greek & English language is mandatory.
  • Project management experience and qualifications are a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with intercultural sensitivity.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
