Our services span project and construction management, infrastructure planning and design, technical consultancy and digital solutions, working with public authorities, international institutions and private clients across all phases of project delivery.
We are currently seeking a Project Manager to support the coordination of supervision activities and quality control for Fiber to the Home (FTTH) telecommunications infrastructure projects. The role focuses on organizing field supervision, monitoring contractor performance, and ensuring that construction works meet the required quality, schedule, and technical standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate on-site inspection teams to ensure effective quality control of FTTH works (back-office support).
- Produce, monitor, and analyze quality and performance indicators related to projects and supervised contractors.
- Track and monitor contractors’ work schedules to ensure compliance with agreed timelines.
- Provide technical and organizational coordination with clients’ and contractors’ project management teams and participate in coordination meetings.
- Perform quality control through photo documentation of network elements, in collaboration with the Technical Director, company engineers, and client representatives, to identify issues early and issue corrective guidelines.
- Update information systems and maintain structured records and archives of inspection data and materials.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc technical and progress reports for clients.
- Support continuous improvement of quality control processes and supervision methodologies.
Qualifications
- University degree in Engineering (Telecommunications, Energy, or Construction preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in managing or coordinating complex infrastructure construction projects.
- Proven experience in supervision, quality control, or contractor coordination roles.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Excellent command of the Greek & English language (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
- Ability to manage technical issues, supervise teams, and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driving license.
