As the Marketing Manager for PHĀEA, you will play an important role in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that enhance the brand's identity, boost revenue, and enrich the guest experience. Your creative approach, coupled with a keen grasp of market trends, will be crucial in establishing PHĀEA as a leading name in the hospitality industry. Your efforts will support the Head of Marketing and focus on bridging guest expectations with exceptional service offerings, ensuring the brand's prominence and appeal in a competitive market landscape.

Job Fit- Responsibilities

·        Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with PHĀEA's goals under the Head of Marketing's guidance.

·        Manage marketing campaigns across online and offline channels in collaboration with the sales team.

·        Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and market trends.

·        Efficiently manage and adhere to marketing budget guidelines, optimizing campaigns for ROI.

·        Oversee PHĀEA's social media presence, creating engaging content and exploring innovative visual styles.

·        Foster collaboration across departments, maintain stakeholder relationships, and adapt strategies based on competitor activities.

Must-Have

·        Proven track record of success in marketing, preferably with experience in a similar role.

·        Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners, and media contacts.

·        Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and drive innovative marketing campaigns.

·        Exceptional organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Nice-to-Have

·        In-depth knowledge of luxury hospitality trends, guest preferences, and market dynamics.

·        Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, content marketing, and social media best practices.
