About the role

As Wellness & Spa Therapist at PHĀEA, you will be an integral part of our wellness team, providing a range of spa treatments and therapies to guests. Your role is central to offering a relaxing, rejuvenating, and holistic wellness experience. With your skills in various massage and body treatments, and your knowledge of wellness practices, you will contribute significantly to the guests' overall well-being and satisfaction during their stay at PHĀEA’s properties.

Job Fit- Responsibilities

• Perform a range of spa treatments, including massages, body wraps, facials, and other therapeutic services.
• Work collaboratively with the Spa team to ensure a seamless experience for guests.
• Tailor treatments to the individual needs and preferences of each guest, ensuring a personalized wellness experience.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the treatment areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Efficiently handle appointments, maximizing scheduling to optimize guest experience and facility utilization.
• Promote and upsell spa services and products to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Keep accurate records of guest services, including their preferences, allergies, and any specific instructions.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, products, and techniques to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.

Must-Have:

• Professional qualification in massage therapy, aesthetics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Spa Therapist or similar role, preferably in a luxury spa setting.
• Excellent skills in various massage and body treatment techniques.
• Fluency in English.

Nice-to-Have:

• Specialization in specific wellness therapies or holistic treatments.
• Experience in aromatherapy, reflexology, or other complementary therapies.
• Familiarity with Wellness Management Software (Afrodite).
• Knowledge of health and wellness trends
