About the role
As a Hostess at PHĀEA, you are a crucial part of delivering a personalized and inviting dining experience for our guests. Under the guidance of the Restaurant Captain and the Maître d’ Hotel, your role involves greeting and seating guests, ensuring their comfort, and contributing to the overall success of our dining service.

Must-Have
- Proven experience as a Hostess or in a similar guest-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle guest service needs in a professional and positive manner.
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- English language proficiency.
Nice-to-Have
- Previous experience in the service hospitality industry.
- Additional language proficiency.
- Knowledge of local attractions and events.
- Familiarity with restaurant reservation systems.
