Job Fit- Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest service, including welcoming guests warmly and addressing their needs effectively.
- Foster teamwork and clear communication with colleagues, maintaining positive work relationships.
- Prepare drink orders according to specified recipes, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles.
- Maintain bar cleanliness and set-up guidelines, prepare garnishes and stock supplies, anticipate replenishment needs and communicate promptly.
- Handle closing duties and cash transactions securely and efficiently.
- Support sustainability initiatives within the organization.
Must-Have
- Previous experience as a bartender.
- Knowledge of classic drink & beverages recipes and preparation.
- Guest service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- English language efficiency.
Nice-to-Have
- Bartending certification.
- Additional language proficiency.
- Previous experience in a 5* hotel / resort.
