Project Engineer - Athens Plant 

The Role

Project Engineer is responsible for overseeing parts or entire projects implemented at the factory, relating both to mechanical equipment and building facilities. The role includes responsibilities such as:

• Undertake the study, design, and specification of projects related to both mechanical equipment and building facilities.
• Supervise projects development and propose corrective actions in case of deviations from the plan
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with all project participants, provide assistance and technical support as needed
• Analyze optimal technical solutions for issues arising in the production unit
• Supervise parts or entire projects implemented at the factory ensuring strict adherence to timelines.
• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans) and report regularly on project status
• Participate in the implementation of projects related to Health & Safety policies as well as environmental

What you will bring :

• Bachelor's degree - Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Up to 3 years of work experience, ideally in an industrial environment
• Essential skills: analytical thinking, problem solving abilities, initiative, and accountability
• Fluency in English language
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• AutoCad experienced user
• Team player with strong collaboration skills
• Effective communication and rapport building skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in cross functional context
• High degree of personal and professional ethics and integrity
