Maintenance Supervisor
To join our Maintenance Team in Oinofyta
We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and coordinate the maintenance operations of our manufacturing plant. The role is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of electromechanical equipment through preventive and corrective maintenance, while managing a technical team and collaborating with external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize, supervise, and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance technical team
- Ensure proper operation of electromechanical equipment through preventive and corrective maintenance
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergency breakdowns
- Monitor technical projects and maintenance activities to ensure adherence to timelines
- Coordinate and communicate with external contractors and suppliers
- Manage spare parts procurement and warehouse inventory
- Prepare technical reports and provide regular updates to management
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical Engineering (University / Technological Institute)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an industrial environment
- Proven experience in managing technical teams, contractors, and spare parts
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical & industrial systems and automation
- (control panels, motors, inverters, PLC, Siemens TIA Portal, SCADA)
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices, including use of IoT sensors for predictive maintenance
- Strong digital skills: ERP systems (SAP), CMMS, MS Office, AutoCAD
- Very good command of English
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in technical or industrial projects
- Project management experience or related roles
- Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2)
- Knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, Primavera)
- Master’s degree in Project Management or a related field
- Experience in the food or pharmaceutical industry will be considered a strong advantage
