is seeking to employ an experienced, driven & committed:

Plant HR Manager

Plant HR Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of Human Resources at our plant location and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.

How you will contribute:

• Efficiently implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's overall strategy and goals
• Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
• Manage the recruitment and selection process for all job openings
• Conduct performance reviews and manage all required processes & actions
• Develop and implement Training and Development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
• Contribute to plant's payroll, compensations and benefits administration processes
• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR and Payroll issues
• Collaborate with the HQ HR Team to ensure consistency and best practices across the organization
• Collaborate with other departments as needed, in order to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
• Act as a Business Partner and being part of Plant’s management team

What you will bring:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
• Master’s degree will be considered as an asset
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in Industrial environment
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Self-motivated, with high ethical standards, attention to detail and exceptional internal customer service orientation
• Computer literacy, including use of standard MS Office applications and payroll systems preferably SCAN HRMS
• Ability to prioritize and coordinate with a great degree of flexibility
• Excellent command of English language
• Ability to meet timelines of business needs and constraints.
