Are you analytical, curious, and eager to understand how a business really works? We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst to join our Sales Development team.

This is a unique opportunity to learn how commercial decisions are made, work with real business data, and help us improve performance across sales and trade marketing. We’ll provide all the necessary training — you bring your mindset, your drive, and your love for structure and insight.

What you are going to do:

• Use ERP and business tools (e.g., Soft1, Excel, BI tools) to analyze sales data
• Identify the market, product, and channel drivers that drive performance
• Present simple, clear insights to help our sales teams act with speed and reliability
• Build reports and dashboards to support commercial decisions

What do you need to succeed:

• At least 3 years of experience in a relevant position.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, or Engineering.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language
• A structured, process-oriented mindset with the ability to identify patterns in data
• Strong numerical and spreadsheet skills
• Curiosity and motivation to understand how businesses, sales, and marketing work together
