As a Rewards Senior Specialist, you will play a key role in designing, implementing and continuously enhancing the organization’s compensation and benefits framework. Working closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, you will drive data-informed decision-making, optimize HR processes, and contribute to the digital transformation of HR, helping deliver an outstanding employee experience and support the organization's business objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities
What You Bring
- Academic background: Bachelor’s degree (4-year program) in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration, IT, or a related field – Required
- Professional experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards – Required
- Experience in HR systems, digital transformation, or HR process optimization – Required
- Strong experience with data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar), including AI-powered analytics and automation applications – Required
- Experience in HRIS environments (SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.) – Preferred
- Excellent command of English (C1 level) – Required
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field – Preferred
