About the role
The candidate will be responsible for the Service Management of ICT services and contracts.
Duties & responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall service management and reporting in line with the contractual SLA/KPIs
- Lead internal teams and sub-contractors in case of crisis incident
- Incident management and Change management processes
- Manage & schedule status meetings with internal teams, vendors, stakeholders, and the customer
- Managing, defining, and monitoring all ITSM processes per contract
- Service monitoring and improvement by interacting with delivery teams
- Presenting the monthly contract reports to customer
- Propose proactive measures for service level improvement
Required Skills
- BS/BEng Degree in a related field such as Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in a customer facing project/program delivery leadership role
- Very good written and verbal communication, time management and organizational skills
- Communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, multitasking, reliable to deliver on time, able to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Comprehensive understanding of IT standard SLAs and KPIs
- Very good knowledge of IT services contracts
Preferred Skills
- ITIL intermediate level or practitioner certification
- Agile certifications
