About the role
We are looking for someone to act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to drive enhancements, resolve issues, and maximize the value derived from Salesforce application. You will be involved in collaborating with various business departments to understand the business processes and requirements, configuring Salesforce to meet those needs, providing user support and training, and assist in improving system performance and functionality.
Duties & responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand their processes, workflows, and objectives
- Act as a single point of contact between the business and technical team
- Organize, along with the Training department, user training sessions and create documentation to support user adoption in Salesforce
- Provide support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and address system errors or bugs that may occur
- Assist in the development and execution of test plans for Salesforce updates, patches, and releases
- Be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing reports, metrics, analysis, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions
Required Skills
- 2-5 years of experience in Salesforce Projects
- In-depth understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud or Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud, and any other relevant Salesforce products
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
- Able to facilitate meetings, lead discussions, and present findings and recommendations
- Analyzing Business Processes and Identifying Opportunities
- Testing and Quality Assurance
- Project Management tool like Jira or Redmine
- Certification: Any Salesforce certification would be a plus point
