About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative individual to join our BID team.

If you are methodical, business minded and have experience in the bid submission procedure we want to hear from you.

As a Bidding Specialist, you will be responsible for the company’s timely and compliant participation in tendering procedures in both the public and private sectors, including those conducted by European Union bodies and clients of international organizations.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will become part of the BID team of OTE who will be responsible for:

• Analysis of requirements outlined in the call for tenders.
• Cooperation with internal stakeholders in the preparation of technical and commercial part of the tender.
• Cooperation with the legal department to ensure full compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
• Cooperation with external parties in the case of submission of a joint tender.
• Tender Submission using customer platforms.
• Εnd-to-end management of the tendering process until contract award.

Required Skills

• More than four (4) years of experience in the preparation and submission of tenders to large accounts of the public and private sector.
• More than three (3) years of experience in the preparation and submission of bids in EU and International organizations.
• In-depth knowledge of the relevant legislative framework for public and European tenders.
• Excellent knowledge of ESIDIS, CosmoOne, and EU platforms.
• Ability to work effectively under strict deadlines.
• Excellent communications skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to establish relationships of trust with partners.
• Ability to lead and work effectively in a virtual team environment.
• English Language Certification at least B2 (Lower) level.
