About the role
As an ICT Presales Manager you will be part of a very competent team that provides ICT solutions (technical description & cost analysis) for the Greek market (public & private sector).
Duties & responsibilities
- Quality documentation in solution designs for current and future customers
- Preparation and demonstration of proposed ICT solutions to customers
- Techno-economic studies ROI (Return on Investment) & TCO (Total Cost of Ownership)
- Proposals preparation based on the optimal techno-economic proposition and according to customer’s needs
- Response to RFPs, providing high level guidance and direction on project teams regarding architectural aspects
- Management of the overall design and architecture of the solution, including research, internal meetings with technical and sales teams, costing, prototype creation and development
- Research and development of solutions for upcoming deliverables
You will be engaged in Cyber Security solutions.
Required Skills
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering
- Excellent in technical writing (in Greek and in English)
- Excellent in developing technical presentations and presenting them to business or/and technical audience
- Deep knowledge of features of Cyber Security products (mostly of Microsoft products but also of Cisco, Fortinet etc.)
- Email protection solutions
- Endpoint Detection and Response solutions (EDR)
- eXtended Detection and Response solutions (XDR)
- Multi Factor Authentication solutions (MFA)
- Data Loss Protection solutions (DLP)
- Privileged Access Management solutions (PAM)
- Antimalware solutions
- Security Orchestration, Automation and Response solutions (SOAR)
- Database Activity Monitoring solutions (DAM)
- At least 3-4 years working experience as Presales for Cyber Security Solutions
- Analytical thinking
- Focused on solution
- Demonstrate and promote respect, professionalism, positive behavior and team spirit
- Proficient in English language (C2, verbal/writing)
Preferred Skills
- Bid management experience
- Security certifications CISM, CISA or CISSP
- ITIL framework certified
- GDPR familiar
