About the role
As a Presales Engineer you will be part of a very competent team that provides IT solutions (technical description & cost analysis) for the Greek market (public & private sector).
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Quality documentation in solution designs for current and future customers
- Preparation and demonstration of proposed IT solutions to customers
- Techno-economic studies ROI (Return on Investment) & TCO (Total Cost of Ownership)
- Proposals preparation based on the optimal techno-economic proposition and according to customer’s needs
- Response to RFPs, providing high level guidance and direction on project teams regarding architectural aspects
- Management of the overall design and architecture of the solution, including research, internal meetings (with solution architects, technical teams, sales teams, partners), costing, prototype creation and development
- Research and development of solutions for upcoming deliverables
Required skills:
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering
- Excellent in technical writing (in Greek and in English)
- Excellent in developing technical presentations and presenting them to business or/and technical audience
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure solutions, cloud services, cyber security solutions, Microsoft M365 portfolio, AI
- At least 3-4 years working experience as Presales Engineer
- Analytical thinking
- Focused on solution
- Strong organizational skills
- Demonstrate and promote respect, professionalism, positive behavior and team spirit
- Proficient in English language (C2, verbal/writing)
- MS Office applications experience
- Capability of working under pressure
Preferred skills:
- Bid management experience
- Cloud/IT infrastructure certifications
- ITIL framework certified
- GDPR familiar
