About the role

We are looking for a B2B CRM Campaign Manager to join the Group’s B2B CRM & Channel Management Hub

 

Key Responsibilities

·          Design, develop and implement CRM campaigns in order to maximize success & conversion rates for B2B Customers

·          Perform data analytics using internal & external data in order to extract meaningful insights and capure customers’ maximum potentiality

·          Compile and distribute up-to-date reporting on ongoing and completed campaigns measuring all relevant KPIs

·          Create and execute end2end campaigns for all channels serving B2B Customers (ex. Direct, Indirect, digital etc) supporting the go to market plan of our value propositions

·          Co-develop new campaign capabilities and functionalities to improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency

·          Conduct testing, review and analysis of CRM activities to ensure optimal results

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mathematics,
  •  Computer Science or Engineering
  •  A Master’s degree in Analytics, Statistics or related fields will be considered a plus
  •  2+ years experience in CRM Campaigns
  •  Knowledge and proven experience in the use of analytics / data mining tools and methodologies
  • Experience in large-scale enterprise application, data management and CRM campaign management projects (e.g., CRM, Billing, ERP, Data Warehouse etc.) will be considered a plus
  • Thorough understanding of project management fundamentals (Agile Project Management, Scrum Master experience will be considered a plus)
  •  Fluency in English (Proficiency)
