About the role

The candidate will be responsible for managing complex ICT projects for the private and public sector in Greece as well as projects for EU Organizations according to committed scope, budget, and timeline.

Key Responsibilities

·        Develop project plan according to company processes and project management methodologies (Waterfall/Agile)

·        Assemble project team and coordinate internal resources as well as external partners, subcontractors and suppliers

·        Provide leadership and motivation to project team

·        Accurate and timely reporting to clients and management

·        Change Management (Scope, Schedule, Cost) according to company policies

·        Perform Risk Management and escalate issues effectively in a timely manner

·        Develop and maintain Project Documentation according to company policies

Required Skills

·        Batchelor’s or Master’s degree from a Polytechnic School or a Higher Education Institution in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related field

·        Maximum of (3) years of proven experience in a similar role

·        Customer and goal oriented

·        Strategic thinking and strong business acumen

·        Able to work under pressure

·        Client-facing and internal communication skills

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·        Fluent in Greek and English language (C2 level).

·        Military obligations fulfilled (for male candidates)

Preferred Skills 

·        Experience working at a Technology Provider or ICT Integrator

·        Knowledge of project management standards and methodologies

·        PMI PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification

·        Technical Certifications (Azure, AWS, etc.)
