About the role

Key responsibilities

• Coordination of the implementation and delivery of products and services requests (IP VPN, VoIP, Dedicated Internet Access, etc.).
• Coordination of the Service Operations involved, monitoring the technical completion of requests and carrying out the required escalations.
• Monitoring deadlines for delivery management.
• Participating in reporting on performance.
• Participating in UATs of new services in Information Systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology or related field (mandatory)
• English language (at least B2 level) (mandatory)
• Computer skills (MS Office) (mandatory)
• Military obligations fulfilled (for male applicants) (mandatory)
• Knowledge and experience in IP networks (desirable)
• Team spirit and effective cooperation
• Smooth communication in both Greek and English, verbal and written
• Excellent interpersonal / communication and problem-solving skills
• Focus on achieving results
