About the role

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our team and help manage technical projects and initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required specifications. You will work closely with project stakeholders, including technical and non-technical teams, to identify project requirements, define project scope, create project plans, and track progress throughout the project lifecycle.

Duties & responsibilities

  • Lead technical projects, working closely with project teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure timely and successful project completion
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and project teams
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with project stakeholders, including project status updates, risk assessments, and issue resolution
  • Monitor project progress and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure project success
  • Ensure compliance with project management standards and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability within the project team

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in IT Project Management, Service Delivery or Business Analysis
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, including Agile and Waterfall
  • Experience with project management software such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar tools
  • Understanding of CRM systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals
  • Experience with managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
