About the role

            We are looking for a CRM Campaign Manager to join the Group’s Mobile, Households & Channel Management Tribe. 

Main responsibilities

  • Design and execute contextual & event-based campaigns across channels
  • Translate business objectives into targeted, data-driven campaign plans
  • Define segments, triggers and next-best-action logic
  • Monitor performance, run A/B tests and continuously optimize campaigns
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Analytics and IT teams to enable campaign delivery
  • Contribute to the design of customer journeys and communication strategies
  • Ensure consistency and prioritization across multiple campaign activities

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mathematics, Computer Science or Engineering
  • A Master’s degree in Analytics, Statistics or related fields will be considered a plus
  • 3+ years experience in CRM Campaigns
  • Knowledge and proven experience in the use of analytics / data mining tools and methodologies
  • Experience in large-scale enterprise applications, data management and CRM campaign management projects will be considered a plus
  • Thorough understanding of project management fundamentals (Agile Project Management, Scrum Master experience) will be considered a plus
  • Fluency in English (Proficiency)
