Onassis Foundation is in search for a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to fill the position of Networks & Strategic Partnerships Assistant, on a 12-month fixed term contract. As a Networks & Strategic Partnerships Assistant, you will be responsible for organizing meetings, coordinating logistics for events, maintaining databases, and assisting with the management of EU-funded projects. You will also handle communication between internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders, ensuring the department’s smooth and seamless operation.
Main responsibilities include:
- Maintain and update databases of partners and contacts, ensuring accuracy.
- Draft and edit correspondence related to partnerships and networks.
- Organize and coordinate the logistics of meetings and events.
- Collaborate with Marketing & Communication Team to draft announcements, update social media, and assist in creating web content for EU-funded projects.
- Support the preparation, implementation, and monitoring of EU-funded projects.
- Assist in tracking project milestones, deliverables, and reporting requirements.
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including document preparation, data entry, and file management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, European Studies, Cultural Management) or equivalent experience.
- 2-4 years of EU project administration or other relevant administrative experience, preferably within a cultural or non-profit organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek & English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with database management tools.
- Familiarity with social media management and content creation for websites.
- Interest in the cultural sector and understanding of European networks and funding mechanisms is desirable.
