Officer Real Estate

ASOFIN Management SA [part of Onassis Group of companies] is looking for an experienced Officer Real Estate to oversee real estate operations through property development and management, facility coordination, and projects’ execution.

Main responsibilities include:

• Deliver market and financial insights (land/rent values, market trends and competitive analysis) that enhance property values and assist in informed investment decisions
• Liaise and build strong relationships with market players to maximize occupancy by maintaining competitive pricing
• Manage property facility operations, coordinating maintenance, repairs, third-party vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth functioning of all real estate activities
• Handle tenant relations and track operational expenses, and all maintenance and utility costs
• Assist in planning and execution of real estate projects, monitoring timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on time completion
• Coordinate with various stakeholders and provide management and financial reports to facilitate project updates and approvals

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Finance, Business or a related field. Master’s Degree will be considered as an advantage
• At least 5 years of working experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of real estate markets, financial modelling, and asset lifecycle
• Proficiency in MS Office and property management software
• Strong reporting skills
• Excellent command of the English language
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) will be considered as an advantage
• Ability to commute independently to various property locations
