Copy Editor

Onassis Foundation is looking for a highly motivated professional to join our team a Copy Editor for an 18-month contract.

The selected candidate will be part of the Communication & Content Department, supporting a wide range of dynamic and creative initiatives across the Onassis Group.

He/She will work closely with the Content and Creative teams, playing a key role in developing and editing engaging material for various platforms. This is a unique opportunity to grow professionally within a team that values innovation, storytelling, and cultural impact.

Main responsibilities:

• Create and manage content across onassis.org as well as on printed materials, newsletters, and catalogues
• Create, proofread, and modify content on various campaigns within the Onassis Stegi and the Onassis Group
• Closely monitor the process of editing and translating content (onassis.org, publications, internal communicational materials)
• Maintain high-quality work while meeting tight deadlines
• Handle radically different types of content/initiatives on a daily basis (online and offline, audiovisual material, radio spots) with increased flexibility

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field. A relevant Master's degree would be an additional asset
• At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in copywriting and content development for campaigns and communication projects across print and digital platforms, including website content, newsletters, blogs, web banners, radio scripts, TV spots, and promotional materials
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Greek and English)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
