ASOFIN Management SA [part of Onassis Group of companies] is looking for an experienced IT Manager to join and lead the IT team. This is a key role responsible for ensuring that IT infrastructure, systems, services, and data operations run smoothly and efficiently to meet the organization’s needs.

Role Description

Main responsibilities include:

Manage and coordinate the organization’s IT function including infrastructure development, software development, end-user support, data management, and SAP infrastructure to meet the organization's business requirements
Ensure Information Security, network access and backup systems comply with the Group’s policies
Implement and coordinate all IT systems policies and procedures to align with the organization’s needs and directions
Manage, monitor, and improve both existing and new IT processes like change management, release management and incident
Continuously evaluate current processes, technologies, and vendors to identify areas of improvement and cost efficiencies
Manage the financial aspects of the IT department, including purchasing, inventory, and budget compliance
Develop the IT team by providing training, coaching and promoting a high-performance culture

Eligible candidates should meet the following requirements:

University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field. Master’s Degree/MBA will be considered as an advantage
At least 5 years of working experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and network administration
Hands-on experience including desktop services, servers and networking components including Active Directory, VMware
In-depth experience with Microsoft enterprise products (O365, Azure AD, Microsoft Defender)
Understanding how to use Microsoft Defender to detect, investigate, and respond to threats across devices, identities, apps, email, data, workloads, and clouds
Excellent command of the English language
