Maintenance Supervisor (Sindos)

During this period, we seek to recruit a professional for the following position for our plant located in Sindos:

                                                                                            Maintenance Supervisor
 

What you will be doing:

The Maintenance Leader will be responsible for providing effective management and supervision of maintenance operations and deliver a safe and effective place of work with focus on quality, service and cost with continuous improvement of performance.

•  Plan and execute efficiently maintenance operations (preventive and corrective maintenance) to ensure high quality production with effective cost control
•  Ensure application of maintenance Group standards & initiatives
•  Ensuring operations compliance with HSE, quality standards and legal requirements
• Responsible for leading maintenance team effectively
• Coach, develop and train maintenance teams in line with departmental requirements and company standards

What we are looking for:

• University degree in Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering
• At least 3 years of experience in maintenance preferably in Food & Beverage Industry aτ supervisory level
• Fluency in Greek & Proficient in English
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• SAP knowledge will be considered as an asset
• Team spirit and effective demonstration of Triple A behaviors; Alignment, Accountability and Action.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Structured personality distinguished quick-thinking and decision-making capabilities
