During this period, we seek to recruit a professional for the following position:

                                                                    Financial Planning & Analysis Supervisor

                                                                                for our Finance Department

                                                                           based in our headquarters in Kifisia

As a Financial Planning & Analysis Supervisor, reporting directly to the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, you will be, mainly,  responsible for the consolidation of inputs in P&L forecasting & analysing OPEX performance as well as having the overall ownership of Balance Sheet / Cash Flow & CAPEX planning while acting as Finance Business Partner to Admin functions (Finance, HR & IT).

What you will be doing:

• Consolidating inputs to create the P&L of the company in all forecasts
• Owning the whole process of forecasting and monitoring OPEX & CAPEX of the company
• Forecasting & analysing all the elements affecting the BS/CF of the company
• Key contribution and consolidation of the inputs in the Monthly Performance Review of the company to Region (CEEI)
• Preparing a variety of reports and presentations for both internal & external use, including top management, with elements of his responsibility
• Acting as a partner to all budget owners of the organization in the fields of CF/OPEX/CAPEX
• Proactively identifying risks and opportunities in the fields of CF/OPEX/CAPEX
• Participating in cross-functional processes & projects as they occur
• Acting as Finance Business Partner to Admin function

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field  
• Master's degree in Finance/Accounting, or MBA will be considered an advantage
• Approximately 4-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in the FMCG or Beverage industry
• Experience in ERP systems (SAP, HFM)
• Full proficiency in MS Office, power user of MS Excel
• Fluency in Greek and English, both written & oral
• Strong analytical skills, attentio to detail and decision-making abilities
• Excellent negotiation & presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to personal growth
