What you will be doing

The Area Sales Manager reports to the Regional Sales Manager and is responsible for supporting the company’s goals and objectives, by maximizing sales in the areas of responsibility, through integrated sales execution excellence.

  •  Coach, motivate and support your sales team to improve channel execution according to designated standards
  •  Provide ongoing training and development of direct reports and give respective feedback to build a dynamic and high-performance team
  •  Build annual business plan for your area of responsibility in line with the company’s strategic priorities
  •  Provide targets for your sales team and monitor achievements to meet or even exceed them
  •  Implement area business plan, monitor performance against targets and proceed with corrective actions when needed in order to maximize performance
  •   Responsible for the full P&L management of your area of responsibility
  •  Establish and maintain effective relations with current and potential clients
  • Conduct performance reviews with customers and sales team
  • Collect customer feedback and market research and provide exceptional customer service according to company’ s standards
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing & Trade Marketing departments in order to achieve qualitative & quantitative commercial objectives
  •  Collaborate with Finance & Logistics departments to ensure that company’s relevant policies are implemented

 

 

What we are looking for

  • Minimum Sales Experience 3 years in an organized working environment
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably at a business related field
  • Master’s degree or MBA in a relevant field will be an asset
  •  Fluency in Greek & Proficient in English
  •  Computer literacy in MS Office
  •  Excellent communication and influential skills
  • Good presentation skills
  •  Team spirit and effective demonstration of Triple A behaviors; Alignment, Accountability and Action.
  •  Dynamic, self-driven and results oriented personality
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  •  Strong people management and time management skills
  •   Very result and customer oriented
  •  Structured personality, distinguished quick-thinking and decision-making capabilities
