Sales Excellence Trainer
for our Sales Department
based in our headquarters in Kifisia
As a Sales Excellence Trainer, you will play a critical role in elevating the performance of Olympic Brewery’s Sales teams by developing their skills, knowledge, and expertise. You will design and deliver impactful training programs, collaborate with key stakeholders to identify developmental needs, and implement initiatives that align with the company’s strategic goals. Your mission is to empower our Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed their targets in a dynamic and competitive market.
What you will be doing:
- Design and facilitate training sessions focusing on sales techniques, customer engagement, negotiation skills, and product knowledge
- Provide onboarding training for new sales team members to ensure a strong start
- Collaborate with sales leaders to assess training needs and tailor programs to address gaps
- Coach sales team members to refine their performance and achieve professional growth
- Develop innovative training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and interactive workshops
- Ensure training content aligns with Olympic Brewery’s / Carlsberg’s brand values and sales strategies
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through performance metrics and feedback
- Continuously refine training programs based on insights and results.
- Work closely with the Sales Leadership team, HR, and Marketing to align training initiatives with business priorities
- Act as a trusted advisor to regional sales teams, providing guidance on best practices
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure the sales team remains ahead of the curve
- Share insights and recommendations to improve sales approaches and drive success
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Approximately 3 years of experience in sales, sales training, sales support, or relevant duties
- Professional experience in the beverage or FMCG industry
- Certification in training or coaching (e.g., Train the Trainer, Coaching Skills) will be considered an advantage
- Ability to design and implement training programs that deliver measurable results
- Proficiency in using digital tools for training and reporting
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel
- Fluency in Greek and English, both written & oral
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skill
- Presentation & facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Adaptability & high drove
