During this period, we seek to recruit a professional for the following position:

 

                                                                                                                                Junior Brand Manager

                                                                                                                             for our Marketing Department

                                                                                                                         based in our headquarters in Kifisia

 

The main purpose of Junior Brand Manager, reporting directly to Brand Manager, is to support the development of the assigned brands through specific growth objectives.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Support Brand Manager in monitoring and evaluating market trends, competition activities, consumer, and channel trends & insights
  • Contribute to the development of the annual business plan
  • Support the design process and continuous follow up to annual brands digital calendar
  • Implement the selected marketing activities in the most efficient way, emphasizing in digital and BTL activations
  • Collaborate cross functionally and effectively handle the advertising agencies for the proper and effective implementation of the marketing plan
  • Follow-up on marketing activities, measure and evaluate 360 planning developments (including desk research, market intelligence, field visits)
  • Control invoices and codification / control budget via master plan monitoring
  • Evaluate and screen at initial stage of BTL / sponsoring proposals
  • Handle all requests related to sponsorships / event implementation
  • Handle quality control & consumers’ issues

What we are looking for

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
  • MSc or MBA will be considered as an asset
  • Approximately 3-4 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the FMCG industry
  • Fluency in Greek and English, oral & written
  • Full proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word / Excel / Powerpoint) and other applicatoins
  • SAP basic knowledge will be considered as an advantage
  • Communication & presentation skills
  • Project management skills & result orientation
  • Creative & innovative thinking
  • Analytical skills & problem solving aptitude
  • Ability to assess opportunities & work efficiently under tight deadlines
