                                                                           Health & Safety Specialist
                                                                                      based in Ritsona
What you will be doing

The position reports to the Health and Safety Supervisor  and will be responsible for leading and supporting the Environmental, Health and Safety program to support company’s strategic goals and objectives.

• Implement and develop Health and Safety and Environmental initiatives in order to comply with local legislation & the  Carlsberg Group standards
• Develop and deliver training of colleagues on Environmental, Health & Safety practices
• Support departmental managers in implementing improvement initiatives
• Responsible for the management systems: ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018
• Ensure compliance to Group H&S policies and standards

What we are looking for:

• University Degree in Engineering. MSc will be considered as an asset
• 1-3 years of experience in production or H&S management preferably in Food & Beverage Industry
• Fluency in Greek & Proficient in English
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Team spirit and effective demonstration of Triple A behaviors; Alignment, Accountability and Action.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Structured personality distinguished quick-thinking and decision-making capabilities
