We are now looking for our new Sales Manager

 

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the Sales strategy

• Develop and expand the client portfolio in Greece and internationally

• Monitor receivables and establish pricing policies

• Track and analyze market trends

• Represent the company at trade exhibitions and support corporate branding initiatives in collaboration with Marketing

• Evaluate and propose technical and commercial solutions based on customer needs

• Develop and monitor the Sales budget and related expenses

• Manage key accounts

• Monitor product and sales performance based on KPIs

 

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role (preferably within industrial products)

• Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A • Master’s degree will be considered an asset

• Strong proficiency in MS Office

• Experience with ERP and CRM systems

• Solid understanding of production processes

• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)

• Availability for frequent travel, both within Greece and internationally
