Role Description

This is a full-time role in an Award Winning HR Department as a HR Business Partner based in Thessaloniki. The HR BP will be responsible for day-to-day HR management, developing and implementing HR policies.

The role includes:

• Leading the full cycle of Recruitment
• Execution of Performance Management and C&B Systems (Performance Appraisals,Trainings, Bonus etc)
• Participation in HR projects (Employees’ surveys, Job descriptions, KPIs development etc)
• Assisting in developing and implementing HR Policies & Procedures
• HR Reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree is a plus
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
• 4+ years experience in an organised HR Department (Ideally in a Manufacturing company)
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
