Automation/Electrical Engineer-After Sales

Milkplan S.A, is searching for an Automation / Electrical Engineer to be part of our After Sales team, responsible for the technical support of Milkplan's innovative product offerings.

Responsibilities

· Provide technical support and troubleshooting for electrical control panels, inverter drives and controls systems

· Provide technical support and advice via phone, email and/or in person for our products

· Prepare product troubleshooting instruction guides and technical proposals for customers

· Communicating with the production teams to ensure compliance with the quality standards

Requirements

· Degree in related field

· Experience in a professional related position preferably in after sales support

· Knowledge of AutoCAD and ERP will be an advantage

· Fluency in Greek and English

· Strong organizational and analytical skills, very good communication

· Strong Mind-set in problem solving
