Rental Agent - Weekends & Holidays

Are you a people person with a knack for customer service? 

Join our team as a Rental Agent on weekends and holidays!

In this role, you will:

• Assist customers with rental inquiries and bookings.
• Provide excellent service to ensure a positive experience.
• Manage rental agreements and handle car over taking including car checking at the parking
• Maintain the rental inventory and ensure everything is in top shape.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet goals.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong communication skills, German and English
• Regular working hours every weekend (20 hours per week)
• Customer-focused attitude.

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.

  Compensation: €1,100 gross per month, plus sales bonus for additional sales to the rentals
