Who We Are Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in administrative support, sales support, customer service, or maritime operations
• Degree in Business Administration, Maritime Studies, Shipping, or related field
• Strong English proficiency
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel & Outlook)
• Strong communication, organizational & teamwork skills
• Professional mindset and willingness to grow in the maritime industry

Employment Structure

• Fixed-term paid contract during the Bootcamp (~920€ Gross salary).
• Upon successful completion: full-time permanent employment at LALIZAS SA (Range of Gross salary between 1.500€ and 1.800€ (depending on the position), plus private health insurance, meal vouchers, and — depending on the position — eligibility for a performance-based bonus scheme.)
