Job Description:

·         Preparation of reports and analysis of transport companies' price lists

·         Control and recording of all shipping costs in the system, analysis of shipments and data

·         Participate in the management of all shipments, for a proper customer service and proper pricing

·         Participation in the issuance of all shipping documents (shipping notes, invoices, credit) and customs documents

·         Communication with freight forwarders and customs brokers during the whole procedure of the shipment

·         Uploading of Transportation expenses inside ERP system

 

Skills and experience:

·         Educational background in Maritime or Financial studies or Logistics

·         Shipping experience regarding Import procedure, preferably 1 or 2 years will be considered as an asset

·         Excellent command of the English language,

·         Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel),

·         Good organizational and communication skills

·         Fulfilled military obligations for male candidates
